The Value of Mystery Typography

We have been set a week long brief to produce a typographic piece for our current project. My project is called 'The Value of Mystery' using the Deep Sea as subject matter and metaphor, as it is the last place to be discovered on Earth. Most of the animals in Deep Sea are Bioluminescent, so I am going to be playing with lots of Fluorescent ink, as well as UV and Glow in the Dark. One of the core concepts of the project is to create layers in my imagery that aren't apparent initially or that are completely invisible in certain lights, yet suddenly appear in other lights, for instance in UV light. This is a quick Mock up of a typography idea, using an alphabet that I designed and Hand drew.

Poster Rough

This was a rough I sent over for a Beach Party Poster. The design didn't get used so I'm going to change the concept up a little and turn it in to an artistic print. Obviously this is only a quick rough and is far off being a finished piece. Keep posted to see what I do to this

Unknown Culture Tee Design #1

War Elephant Tee Design for Unknown Culture. I'm thinking a worn screen print look would work well.
